Mobile internet information platforms such as micro-blogging, WeChat, etc. have become important channels in which people express the democratic views, comment on current affairs and politics, participate in political activities and influence government decision-making when mobile intelligent terminal(like smart phones) are widely popular today. In the circumstances of mobile internet, an increasingly number of public emergencies are exposed to the public, which arise the enthusiasm of the public participation in the network, in the process the public obtain and share related information as well as interact with others using mobile phones, also they comment or put forward demands on the performance of the government’s handling of the incidents. On the one hand, such political participation through internet can form the pressure of public opinion, and then force the government to deal with the incidents in a timely and efficient manner. On the other hand, however, the trust in government will be in risk and challenged since the amplification and distortion effect of information through mobile internet may reduce the public evaluation of the government. Therefore, under the condition of mobile internet, to research the effect of network political participation on trust in government after emergencies is not only beneficial for the government to positively guide the public political participation activities through internet and deal with emergency efficiently, but also provide theoretical thinking in enhancing the level of trust in government.Quantitative methods such as questionnaire survey and data analysis were mainly used to explore the effect of internet political participation on government trust after public emergencies, also the moderating role of the government information disclosure was studied. In this paper, first of all, the relevant concepts were briefly interpreted, also the connotations, characteristics and dimensions classification of the main variables were sorted in detail, then its research status were summarized. After that, research hypotheses were put forward and theoretical model was constructed based on the analysis of the relationship between variables. Then, measurement of the variables, sample selection, reliability and validity in the process of empirical research were introduced; also the hypotheses were tested using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the collected data. Finally, theoretical hypotheses and empirical data were analyzed and summarized, also the future research direction was presented. It’s proved that the more the public access relevant information through mobile network after the occurrence of emergency, the more the public trust the government’s competence and benevolence dimensions, the evaluation on integrity dimension is just the opposite however. Meanwhile, the more people conduct political behaviors in mobile internet, the lower they comment on competence dimension. Besides, the government information disclosure moderates both relationships mentioned above. However, there is no direct and obvious relationship between people’s interactions in mobile internet and their trust in government’s ability.
