P District’s CPPCC Organizations Intellectual Resources Management’s Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years, the study on intellectual resources management is a new research direction and it is worth attention in the research of management science. It is in the cross section of the knowledge management and human resource management, using the theory and method of knowledge management to explore new situations and new problems of human resource management. But CPPCC(Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) members in the organization, as an intellectual resource, have to complete their work, and at the same time they also have to carry out the committee duties, "political participation, performance of their duties for the people".
