Research On The Application Of Project Management Method In The Construction Of NC CPPCC Committee Members

The Constitution clearly stipulates,the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party Chinese will exist and develop long-term,marking the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party is the basic political system of our country are enshrined into the constitution.The further study of CPPCC role,to a certain extent reflects the requirements of the Constitution?Firstly,based on the study of the general situation of NC CPPCC members,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of NC CPPCC members' ranks and the causes of these problems.And then use project management methods,From the department setting optimization?the session setting optimization?the committee division optimization?committee member' ability enhancement?reserving funds of performing duty and other aspects,It put forward a project plan to strengthen the ranks of CPPCC members.Finally,the specific safeguard measures for the implementation of the project plan are proposed from three aspects of personnel,appropriation and organization:First is to close the door well,strengthen the duty performance management;Second,increase budget and improve efficiency;Third,we should protect the right to perform duties,ensure smooth channels for performing duties,conduct performance evaluation and promote the transformation of achievements.
