The modernization of Ideological and Political Education is based on Marxism modernization, and it is developing along with Marxism modernization. In the new period, General secretary Xi Jinping proposed to “strengthen the times and appeal”, it is complying with the attributes and requirements of Ideological and Political Education advancing with the times.
