Research On The Mechanism Of Autonomy And Resolution Of Social Contradictions At The Grassroots Leve

During more than 30-year development of the Reform and Opening up,our country is confronting the daunting tasks of resolving social contradictions in grass-roots and alleviate tensions in society with the profound revolution in the economic system,the great changes in social structure,the continuous transformation in ideas and constant adjustment of interests.Whether effectively resolve the grass-roots social contradictions or not,not only directly relates to the fundamental interests of the masses at the grass-roots level,but also tests the grass-roots government's social governance capacity and governance level.Therefore,the current situation of grass-roots social contradictions in China,the classification and distinctive features of Social Contradictions at the Basic Level as well as the creation of the rapid and effective resolution mechanism are needed to further study.First of all,this study reviews the relevant theories of social contradictions at home and abroad,including the definition,causes,characteristics and development status,type division and dissolution mechanism of social contradictions.Therefore,the author has some basic understandings of the social contradictions at its basic theory level.And according to her understanding of the overall description of the status,including the number of overview,type and distinctive features.Then,the author analyzes the causes of the social contradictions in the basic level from four dimensions of obstructing interests,expressing difficulties,mismanagement and backwardness.The focus and highlight of this study is to combine the practice of civil mediators resolving grass-roots contradictions in the section of “Qiantang Lao Niangjiu”,and propose the way of self-dissolution of the social contradictions at the grassroots level,which includes realizing harmonious unity of law,reason and emotion,smoothing the expression channels of interests,Strengthening the law popularization education at grass-roots level,improving the governance capacity of the grass-roots,promoting the innovation of all systems.As the most influential civil dispute mediation section in Zhejiang,the mediation methods of the Lao Niangjiu are widely praised by the masses,which also have strong reference significance for resolving the grass-roots social contradictions.The author uses summer vacation time,rushing to the scene of contradictions in order to have face to face mediation following the TV reporter and Lao Niangjiu.And the author dose a deep character interview of the Lao Niangjiu above.According to the first-hand information,the author summarizes the general procedure and method of dissolving the grass-roots social contradictions,and puts forward the principle of "three lines" ——Law as the bottom line,reasons as the axis,emotion as the curve,hoping to contribute her power for resolving the grass-roots social contradictions.Lao Niangjiu resolves the grass-roots social contradictions and disputes by Intervening mediation can be described as the vivid model of "use the folk wisdom,resolve the civil conflicts".The key to the self-resolve mechanism of grass-roots social contradictions lies in the unification of law,reason and emotion.We should make the law as basis,the reason as foundation and the emotion as the link,give full play to the individuality of emotion,pluralism of reason and rigidity of law,and make it become the concept of justice and behavior patterns which people respect for.
