In the past 20 centuries, natural resources and the destruction of the natural environment are the most serious problem since the era of humans, such as serious pollution of the serious loss of natural resources and the natural environment, so that environmental issues are becoming more prominent issues in various countries in the world, especially in developing countries. The United States has a wealth of practical experience in environmental management issues. This paper offers a discussion of the development of American environmental criminal enforcement and analyses the behavior of the United States to combat environmental crime.This paper is divided into five chapters on the development of American environmental criminal enforcement discussed. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the background and the value of the existing current research, innovation, research methods, study questions and this question of meaning. The second chapter to the fourth chapter divide American criminal environment into three stages to discuss. For each period by the US Environmental criminal enforcement Historical Background of the initial environmental criminal enforcement before understanding, effectiveness and limitations of development and in the mature stage of criminal enforcement of environmental analysis and the characteristics of each stage of the criminal law enforcement environment were made in detail discussed. The fifth chapter is conclusion, mainly on the issue of environmental criminal enforcement situation and development faced by the United States and get inspiration from the development environment, criminal enforcement, it is proposed to improve China’s environmental criminal enforcement of specific recommendations.
