Group Work Research On Rural Left-behind Women’s Capacity Development

As rural left-behind women have been paid sustained attention by the researchers from all sectors of society, the self-development of left-behind women is gradually incorporated into the research system. Rural left-behind women as a social vulnerable group have experienced more process of being investigating, being concerning, and being helped, but if people just help them directly from a weak point of view blindly, it will not make left-behind women feel their worth, also, or get very little development and growth. And social work is a new professional as a professional and to "helping people help themselves" as a keynote. They provide rural left-behind women with attention and help from the advantages of perspective, explore the value of rural left-behind women, and help them develop their ability to obtain a sustained and learned method to solve the difficulties of life.Besides,social wok is feasible and necessary to promote confidence of facing left-behind life.The main purpose of this paper is to summarize the contents of the development of rural left-behind women and the capacity development of rural left-behind women through a lot of literature and learning relevant information. Based on conclusion and the field research and observation of the research site,we had organized many group activities to develop abilities in the rural communities Pu Han. With the help of group work, the rural left-behind women can treat themselfs more positively, and build confidence to face the left-behind life. Further, by providing the ability to complete the study of the development of rural left-behind women a new advantage perspective, providing a reference method for the intervention of rural left-behind women’ group work, and for their theoretical study and practical work of a test.This study literature collected the basic situation of Pu Han rural communities of rural left-behind women, summed up current situations in the follow, the first is the lack of confidence, the second is less support people, and the third is the development is not comprehensive, and the fourth is unprofessional, and then analysis of the current situations while the reasons for underdevelopment as follows: left-behind women’ self-awareness is not comprehensive, left-behind women’ communication is poor,they are lacking of community platforms and professional guidance. Aiming the current situation and the reasons, the author designed targeted group activities in line with rural left behind women in the rural community capacity development, and in the support of all kinds of people author has carried out multi-progressive group activities, including preparations to carry out a large number of pre-event and five times activities, the first group activities: ice-breaking, interactive one; the second group activities: deep see yourself and see advantages in the "light"; the third group activities: the ability to display, see the flash of their own; the fourth group activities: See example, want to own; the fifth group activities: simulation, experiential growth. Finally, the performance records and interviews combined with feedback and team members of staff summarized the work of the Panel, through targeted activities after the end of the observation and interviews with team members in the investigation of the effect of the Panel’s work was evaluated, and then completion of the final evaluation report summary.This study literature summarized the group work research of rural left-behind women’ capacity development in the final article:(1) Advantage Perspective theories conducive to group activities.(2) social learning theory in favor of rural left- behind women to play initiative.(3) the work of rural left-behind women requires continuous service and innovation.(4) Group Work in promoting the development of rural left- behind women can play a greater role. Proposed combination of findings and the problems, the author encountered some suggestions:(1) to further improve the mechanism to implement the solidarity of rural leftbehind women.(2) integration of social resources, and clear communication channels.(3) training of professional social work service personnel in rural areas.
