Research On Group Work Of Rural Left-behind Women's Self-development Ability Improvement From The Perspective Of Empowerment

As my country's urbanization process accelerates,more and more young and middle-aged rural laborers flow into cities to seek development.Most of the left in rural areas are the elderly,the weak,sick,and women and children.Among the many vulnerable groups,rural left-behind women are due to their dominant nature The particularity of the role of harmony has received widespread attention from the society.Due to the particularity of its profession and occupation,social work has unique advantages in establishing relationships to understand the situation,linking resources to provide targeted assistance,and improving the environment and personal resources.Taking Village M as an example,this article attempts to study the status quo of insufficient self-development of rural left-behind women under the current background from the perspective of empowerment theory and gender theory.In this study,the problems of left-behind women in village M,such as insufficient self-development awareness,low level of education,single source of income,and weak social support network,were investigated and analyzed,and the rural left-behind women were analyzed to improve their self-development awareness,comprehensive quality of self-development,and self-development.The development of skills in three aspects,using social work group work intervention methods,through cultural education,awareness raising,skills enhancement,and building a social network support system to help left-behind women improve their self-development awareness and promote self-development capabilities.This study intends to provide a platform for women to improve their self-development capabilities through group activities,enhance quality education,change the self-awareness of left-behind women,enhance self-confidence,and enhance self-development awareness;increase skill training,create economic benefits and enrich daily life,and improve family economy Conditions relieve mental stress and promote self-development;build a new social support network and strengthen the old social support network to solve difficulties and ease emotions.In the course of the activity,cultural and economic empowerment of rural left-behind women is carried out to realize the empowerment of awareness and ability,improve their self-development ability,and ultimately enrich the rural life of left-behind women,improve the quality of life,and meet their higher living needs.To achieve self-development.Although there are many shortcomings,this research provides a reference for solving the plight of rural women and promoting the development of rural women.
