Business enterprise is an important part of national economy, and also has important implications for the development of economy. In the process of the establishment and development of the enterprise, the entrepreneur will measure the endow men to resources he has already got, before the entrepreneurial activity. Embedding entrepreneur social capital appropriately and using these resources provided by the network, is helpful for entrepreneurs to find opportunities, and to allocate scarce resources. Social resources, therefore, occupy the important status in the development of entrepreneurs. And whether entrepreneurs can reasonable use their possession of social resources or not is particularly important.Since the 1970 s, a growing number of women is beginning to start their own entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship to promote the economic growth, provide employment. But at the same time, women entrepreneurs’ development is faced with a series of problems. The previous women entrepreneurship research is more focus on the influence of individual capital. But now, compared to male entrepreneurs, the social capital of female entrepreneurs is relatively poor and single, becoming a hindrance in the business development. Under such background, founding the difference of gender entrepreneurs, analyzing of various kinds of influence factors in the process of female entrepreneurship, can help women’s enterprises growth steady.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. This chapter proposed the significance and background of the thesis, collation of the previous research on women entrepreneurship and social capital, analyzes the previous research direction and method, and the concept of women entrepreneurship and social capital to put forward to the back.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of women’s entrepreneurship. This chapter defines the concept of women entrepreneurs and social capital, and expounds the characteristics and development status of female entrepreneurs in China.The third chapter is the analysis of social capital endowment theory. In this chapter, entrepreneur social capital is decomposed into "the breadth of social network, the density of social interaction, the content of the social contact, and the instrumental use of social resources" these four sections. Through analysis of the influence of these four characteristics of social capital in the process of entrepreneurship, to find social capital endowment characteristics of female entrepreneurs, as well as to investigate the influence on the development of the entrepreneurship.The fourth chapter is the data evidence of the influence of social capital endowment. The data of 121 women entrepreneurs were collected by questionnaire, and the theoretical hypotheses were confirmed. And reached the following conclusions: the breadth of the network society bigger is conducive to women’s entrepreneurship development; the density of social interaction on the development of women entrepreneurs are not significantly affected; social contact content to affect women’s entrepreneurship development; active tool of social resources use is conducive to the development of female entrepreneurship.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of women entrepreneurs. Giving the following suggestions: to optimize the business environment; the establishment of the service system can carry out female entrepreneurship training project, optimize the social service system; establish organization network, set up to support the mechanism, communication mechanism, continuous supervision mechanism; sound policies and regulations, lower the threshold of female entrepreneurship, simplify administrative proceduresStudy has shown that, the social resources endowment entrepreneurs have got before has important influence on entrepreneurial activity. It can bring abundant business opportunities for entrepreneurs, and will also restrict entrepreneurs to the discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and recognition.
