Agriculture is the cornerstone of a country. As a big agricultural country, and women are becoming. In our country, agriculture, countryside and farmers issues are always the important foundation to help the national economy to enter the powerful modern country. But with urbanization, male labor is moving out of the countryside, the main force in the rural labor force.Under the background of the new era,the trumpet of rural revitalization strategy has been sounded, and the self-worth pursuit of Chinese rural women is gradually awakening. They are eager to get the right to speak in economic income, family status, important decision-making and other matters through their own efforts, and gradually step into the new field of "entrepreneurship",and there are many successful entrepreneurial cases.Improving the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of rural women can not only help them get rid of family economic difficulties, improve their social status and realize their own value, but has also greatly alleviated the employment and economic pressure in rural areas and injected new vitality into the prosperity of rural economy. However, rural female entrepreneurship is different from general entrepreneurship, because their financial capital and human capital are relatively weak. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the influencing factors of rural female entrepreneurship.Through searching, reading and analyzing literature,it is found that there are few special studies on rural women’s entrepreneurship in the past.Based on careful study of relevant domestic and foreign literature and field interviews, this study starts from the perspective of social capital theory and entrepreneurial process theory, and adopts grounded theory, case study and interview research methods to explore the relevant factors influencing rural women’s entrepreneurship. The theoretical model of "the relative influence of strong and weak association in rural women’s entrepreneurial opportunity identification" and "the overall trend of the dynamic development of rural female entrepreneurs’ social capital" are constructed. The primary problem faced by rural female entrepreneurial enterprises at the birth stage is opportunity identification. The author adopts the grounded theory method to study the degree of influence of the weak association in the field and the strong association in the local on entrepreneurial opportunity identification.A study of 14 rural entrepreneurial women from four townships in Taierzhuang District found that the influence of local alliances was greater. And it proves once again that the social capital of returning rural women creates human capital. After the birth of rural female entrepreneurial enterprises will face survival challenges, the author adopts the case study method to study the trend and causes of the dynamic development of strong and weak ties.It is found that the dynamic development trend of rural female entrepreneurs’ social capital is not inclined to establish strong ties, tend to establish weak ties, and tend to establish relationship trust. This research finding can further understand the theoretical significance between the internal development law of rural female entrepreneurs’ social capital serving the survival needs of entrepreneurial enterprises, and can guide the better survival and development of enterprises founded by rural female entrepreneurs.By summarizing the conclusions, three enlightenments for rural female entrepreneurs are summarized: make full use of the strong ties in personal social capital to effectively identify entrepreneurial opportunities, attach importance to the weak ties in personal social capital to consolidate enterprise development, and consciously consolidate the trust relationship of partners to maximize the development of narrow markets. It also gives suggestions on how to encourage and support female entrepreneurship from six aspects:improving policies, providing programs, strengthening training and establishing service institutions.
