Research On Innermongolian Social Organizations Participating In Community Health Services

Community Health Services is a new health care system which the whole society to participate in, community health services is a significance part of public health, and always get the high attention by the party and government. Before reform and opening, the functions of community health services is borne by public hospitals and other units of hospitals, after the reform and opening up, with the development of economic and social, medical institutions overlap, fragmentation, scarcity of resources, waste coexist and other deep problems and contradictions gradually emerged. A considerable portion of the population lacks health security and it is difficult to obtain basic health services. With this situation, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council made the decision to develop services can ensure that every household and individual access to the basic health services and the equitable health resources.At present, China’s government is the primary responsibility of the main community health services, which is the core of community health services. However, with the gradual expansion of the community, the community health service turn into a unilateral task of community health service system, as a single traditional main responsibility for community health service model by the government has entered the bottleneck, but at this time with our civil society forces growing, community health service system should study how to mobilize and organize the social forces to develop health services, and not only the efforts of the government unilaterally, but also social organizations for the development of community health services inject the new vitality.In this study, we discussed at the beginning of Inner Mongolia social organization participated in the community health services, and the levels of participation which the social organization in the community health services, found out the problems and propose countermeasures. Taking Hohhot as an example for analysis, we studied the main model and problem of social organizations, furthermore to present the reasonable suggestions.
