The CPSU’s party-cooperation perspective in the early stage has experienced a tortuous process of change. From the multi-party cooperation system early after the Russian Revolution change to a one-party dictatorship, and to the only-party system in the Stalin stage. From the perspective of the history of the system, the research scholars for the evolution of the CPSU’s party system in the early stage have been voluminous, but from the political perspective there is few research to do about it.The paper has a system analysis about the Evolution of Lenin and Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective, focusing on combing the main content and features of Lenin and Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective, and analyzes the causes of this evolution.First of all, the paper studied the theory in related parties in Marxism. Marx believed that political party division is based on class, and proletarian party should unite with other workers’ parties and to establish alliances with the petty bourgeoisie in order to seize power. But Marx and Engels did not mention that the relationship between the Communist Party and other political parties would be which kind of political system after the seizure of power.Secondly, the paper describes Lenin and Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective. The paper believes that there is a theoretical logic supporting behind one-party system of the CPSU. Those theories and Lenin’s prospect understanding of socialist revolution are closely connected. The paper considers that those changes have been closely linked with the Stalin’s understanding of the historical process towards to the CPSU. And in the same time, the attitude cannot be separated from the Stalin’s prospect understanding of socialist revolution. Finally, after comparing and analyzing the Lenin and Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective, the paper have found that there were two reasons for the change of Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective. The one reason is there was great change happened in the Stalin’s understanding of historical process about Soviet compared with Lenin; Second, world situation has also been significantly different in Stalin period compared to the Lenin period, and also Stalin has more emphasis on Soviet national security interests above all else. All in all, this paper has a conclusion, that is, in the evolutionary of the CPSU’s party-cooperation perspective, Lenin and Stalin’s party-cooperation perspective and their understanding of historical process about Soviet are closely linked. And this understanding has a direct impact on the relationship between the Communist Party and other political parties in the countries.
