Study On Vitality And Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education Of Red Resources

Ideological and political education is of theoretical and practical, needs a wealth of resources for support. Red resources come from the history, act on the present and influence the future. It is of great wealth created and accumulated by the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people during the difficult and protracted revolutionary struggle, nation-building and reforms and opening-up, it is an important source of legitimacy of the party, intensively reflecting of people’s status, and also the effective carrier of ideological and political education in the new period.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work is inseparable from the study on the actual effect of ideological and political education. Vitality and effectiveness is the life and value of ideological and political education, is one of the most important measure of the quality and level of ideological and political education. Therefore, enhance the vitality and effectiveness is the main task of ideological and political education of red resources. Based on the description of related concepts of red resources and the vitality and effectiveness of ideological and political education resources, clarifying the relationship between red resources and the vitality and effectiveness of ideological and political education, discussing the theory and practice of red resource vitality and effectiveness research of ideological and political education. Based on the above basic understanding, this paper explores the factors influencing the vitality and effectiveness of ideological and political education of red resources. The key factors include: Educational subject made up by leadership subjects and educators; Educational objects; Educational mediators, that is the content and methods of ideological and political education of red resources; Educational ring made of direct environment and indirect environment. These four factors are interrelated and interact in the application of red resources in ideological and political education. Different factors play different function, affects and restricts the vitality and effect of ideological and political education together. Multiple aspects and angles should be explored and analyzed to enhance the vitality and effectiveness of ideological and political education of red resources. with respect to the four above main facts, in this paper several approaches are proposed to enhance the vitality and effectiveness of ideological and political education of red resources: strengthen the Party’s leadership in utilization of red ideological resources; improve the construction of the talent team in ideological and political education of red resources; expand the content and methods of ideological and political education of red resources; establish an evaluation system of ideological and political education of red resources.
