Study And Analysis On Ideological Situation Of New Generation Of Immigrant Workers

With the accelerated pace of urbanization, the new generation of immigrant workers has become the main force in the development of the city. They are playing a leading role in urban construction. Under the influence of reform and opening-up policy and diverse cultures,the new generation differs from their predecessors in self-identification choice of occupation and acceptance to the state policy.As they are making great contributions to the development of our country, they do not have access to the results of urbanization due to their own condition, system and social factors. If this persists, their ideology will change unconsciously.As the key object of ideology and political education as well as the core force of urban development, their current situation ideology has a direct relationship with the course of social development. Whether their ideological problems can be solved will influence the construction of harmonious society. Besides, in response to “Chinese Dream”—realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, caring about the current situation of immigrant workers’ ideology is not only a contemporary task but also a hot livelihood issue.This essay defines immigrant workers and their ideology after collecting and summarizing the cases from home and abroad. Through questionnaire it concludes that the new generation of immigrant workers have both positive and negative thoughts. Therefore,the essay analyzes the unpleasant influences on the new generation caused by immigrant workers themselves, society and ideological and political education. Finally, it comes up with solutions from forth aspects, improving their own quality, reforming relevant systems and optimize the social environment.
