The research addresses to relations between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China in particularly Sino-Russian relations at the time after 2013. The author illustrates the process of developing of Sino-Soviet and Sino-Russian relation and draw a parallel with the modern state of relations. The author examines the effects and assesses the impact that Ukrainian crisis has on Sino-Russian cooperation. What is more the research includes detailed analysis of current dynamics of Sino-Russian cooperation process and explores the main tendencies, achievements and failures. The findings from the research will illustrate what changes happened within Sino-Russian relations. If these changes positive or negative, if it has causative connection with power shift, civil war in the Easter part and political crisis in Ukraine. What is more the research touches upon existing obstacles for further positive developing of Sino-Russian cooperation and suggests list of measures to hurdle it. Finally, the author examines different ideas about the future of Sino-Russian cooperation and suggest the possibility of positive and negative scenarios of the further development of strategic partnership.
