The Village Environment Governance Research Under The Circunstances Of New Urbanization

To promote the village of environmental remediation, to raise the overall level of urban and rural construction, is taking the lead in realizing modernization the urgent need, but also to achieve a necessary prerequisite for the equalization of basic public services. Suzhou as the pilot of the province’s urban and rural reform and development and take the lead in basically realizing modernization in the first district, has the responsibility to have an obligation in terms of village environment remediation for the province to do the typical, creates the model and experience. Therefore, this article in Suzhou City Village environmental remediation processes as a model, combined with the background of the new urbanization, through research, fully tap the feature to be promoted, and find out the problems still existed in the renovation process, and find out the scheme to solve the problem.The study found that the village environment in our city is mainly reflected in the emphasis on planning, taking into account the commonness and characteristics, the protection of the ancient village, scientific advance and launch characteristics of the five aspects of the masses, worth learning. However, through personal interviews, access to information and releasing the questionnaire and other means, I found in Suzhou in the process of village environment regulation also exists in the land intensive utilization rate is not high, the participation rate is not high, there are three aspects of rebound resurgence phenomenon and other problems. Through the analysis of the reasons of these problems, and find out the corresponding three solutions. Hope that through this study, can be carried out and the ongoing village environment as the other the village to provide a more complete, comprehensive, effective reference scheme.
