A Study Of Bacheng Farmers’ Ecological Interests In The Process Of Modernization

Based on Marx’s theory of human freedom and allover development, human ecological interests are regarded as one of the most important human rights. However, in the process of modernization, human ecological interests, especially farmers’ ecological interests, are not given enough attention to. This study takes Bacheng, a famous modern town in Kunshan City, as an example. It analyzes the current situation of the farmers’ ecological interests, the main problems and their causes, and it also provides some countermeasures. By revealing the meaning and main content of the farmers’ ecological interests, it is to guide the who le society to insisting on the green development, strengthening the construction of ecological civilization, and maintaining the farmers’ ecological rights, in order to promote the construction of Beauty China by constructing beauty villages and to promote the society justice through ecological justice.
