The Research On The Development Of Social Organizations In The Background Of "Government And Social Interaction"

With the speeding up of urbanization process, the demands of residents are increasing, and the government service level requirements become higher. The traditional government administrative measures and management have been behind the times. So innovative social management pattern is urgently needed. The government and social interaction as a new management innovation is necessary. Nurturing and developing of social organizations become especially important as a content of government social interaction. In the background of government social interaction, how to nurture and develop social organizations, how to reduce the burden of government,how to let social organizations participate in social governance, how to achieve the government and social organizations to interact with a total of promoting development,are the focus of future research.In this paper, takes Suzhou Industrial Park Shengpu Street as an example. First,from the theoretical point of view, the relevant concepts and theories of government and social interaction, social organization were expounded. Secondly, positioned around the main government and social interaction and social organization, analyzes the necessity of training and development of social organization in the political and development prospects; Thirdly, the article analyzed the current situation and main approach in the background of government social interaction of Shengpu streets. Fourthly, according to analysis of the current status of Shengpu street, the significant features and constraints of nurturing and developing of social organizations is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are expressed to promote the nurturing and developing of social organizations.Social organizations flourished reflects the urgent desire of residents of democratic self-government, they can undertake government functions and improve public services,to build a harmonious society. Therefore, nurturing and developing of social organizations is imperative under the background of government social interaction. And social organizations also need more support from the government and more attention from community. More support are gave, the better development of social organizations will be,an more active role in the social organization of social governance will be.
