Study On The Administrative Thought Of Longyun

Longyun, In Chinese history especially the modern history of Yunnan, the king of Yunnan is once absolutely occupied a special position. Long’s 18 years governance of Yunnan makes full use of Yunnan’s unique advantages in frontier to make efforts of innovation, and arouse our all efforts to make the country prosperous, make bold reform, support democratic movements and perseverance in the war of resistance which created a new pattern and new situation in the construction of Yunnan. Longyun’s governance of Yunnan not only influenced the development of modern Yunnan, but also had a far-reaching significance and influence on the modernization process of Yunnan.This thesis in the administrative science perspective makes use of literature analysis and system analysis method. Through the understanding of historical literature, context and the reference to the research achievements of other scholars, we can explore and analyze the administrative thought of Longyun. Seizing the reasons, significance and influence of the formation of Longyun’s administrative thought deeply to obtain useful reference and experience for today’s administration and the governance of the frontier areas. In this thesis, firstly, we discuss and analysis the causes of Longyun’s administrative thought, and explore the deep-seated reasons of Longyun’s administrative thought from the era background, theory source and the practice basis of Yunnan governance; Secondly, the thesis discusses the main content of Longyun’s administrative thought including economic social construction thought, education construction and development thought, the thought of personnel management, taxation management thought and the frontier governance thought; Thirdly, we analyze and summarize the history status, characteristics and limitations in Longyun’s administrative thoughts. Finally, based on the above analysis and comprehensive, the thesis present the era reference significance of Longyun’s administrative thought on the current governance system in our country and the governance ability of modernization.Longyun’s administrative thought is about Longyun’18 years governance of Yunnan which forms the governance of Yunnan frontier thought. It covers many areas, such as politics, economics, culture, education and society including "Making Yunnan rich and people strong " is the core of the administrative idea which is distinctive pragmatic. The thought of Longyun is valuable, and the thought of Longyun is changing and developing. It is in a state of constant change with the change of environment and the deepening of practice. Due to the restriction of subjective and objective historical conditions, Longyun’s administrative thought is not perfect. The strong vitality and unique value in the process of the modernization of Yunnan, which provides a good model for the study of "Localization Administration".
