Study On Civil Rights And Its Implementation Under Marx’s Legal Philosophy

Marx’s legal philosophy is an important part of Marxism; the scientific outlook and methodology of in the field of law; the major change from idealism philosophy to historical materialism philosophy. It is an independent discipline, sets Ephraim phenomenon as the observing object and reveals the dialectical development of the Ephraim phenomenon from the height of the world outlook and methodology with philosophical thinking. Marx philosophy is very teeming. Its view of right is an important part of the other philosophy. But the legal philosophy thought can be easily found in his different works, which is intertwined with his philosophy, political science, economics, ethics, and sociology thoughts. We need to have a deep scientific research reading of his classic works and to extract the ideas about rights in law philosophy. Our country is the people’s democratic dictatorship of socialist country, leading by the communist party with Marxism as the guiding ideology.Therefore, the philosophical thinking about the right of Marx’s provides scientific world outlook and methodology for the research and realization of civil rights.
