The so-called circular economy is actually a kind of flow economy, enterprises in the manufacturing, production, consumption, the implementation of waste reduction, process recycle, reuse principle, efficient use of resources and recycling as the goal, to run according to the natural ecosystem energy flow and material circulation mode of economy. The development of circular economy is to solve the inevitable way of our country economy and high efficient development and material circulation flow type economy, therefore this paper of circular economy credit support system launched a series of research, compared with intuitive described the status quo and highlights in the theory and practice problems, and taking the opportunity according to proposed comprehensively not only limited to the Circular Economy Promotion Law on the regulation of the legal system.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:the first part, a brief summary of the research background, research ideas and research significance. The third part mainly analyzes the status quo of the support for the development of circular economy is credit, problems and cause analysis, currently supports the development of circular economy is credit situation and ask questions first is lack of special legislation to support and regulation, banking laws and regulations, the circular economy promotion law are on the credit cycle of economic support obviously lack and deficiency; second, the lack of obvious credit evaluation standards, credit system of the circular economy did not to bank in the specific implementation of credit business provide specific standards and leverage.Again, incomplete information disclosure and supervision of information asymmetry; at the end of the cycle of economic incentives. The fourth part of China and the United States, Germany, Japan and other developed countries, circular economy makes a comparative study on the credit support system and practice, clarify our country and the developed countries there is a big gap between the green credit, worthy of our reference. The fifth part explain the perfect circular economy of our country credit support of the legal system is proposed. First improve the existing legal system, the< Circular Economy Promotion Law> and financial laws and regulations with the credit cycle of economic part in, clear the bank verification obligations; secondly, establish the credit cycle of economic evaluation standard system, including loan project of recycling economy is an important criteria for the classification, evaluation system and credit approval of the legal standard system; again to improve the recycling economic information communication and information disclosure mechanism, strengthen between the government and the bank, the bank and the enterprise, the enterprise’s own information disclosure; finally perfect circular economy credit supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism.
