The Current Situation And Preventive Measures Of Juvenile Delinquency

Nowadays, minor crime is a common serious social problems in the world. It has been high proportion in the criminal, known as one of the "three major public hazards". How to effectively prevent juvenile crime becomes one of the focus problems all over the world.The text is divided into four parts:the first part of this paper.I demonstrate nearly three years of minors crime statistics of Dongchangfuqv, summarizing the four characteristics of minor crime in Dongchangfuqv:property type crime accounts for the first; crime age concentrated in 16 and 17 years old; proportion of joint crime and crime alone are equal; cultural degree is generally low.The second part I discuss the causes of the minor crime from the aspects of family, school, society and minors themselves. The family reasons to induce minor crime mainly include:The lack of family care; Improper family education methods; Parents’ own quality is poor. The campus reasons to induce minor crime mainly include:There are deviations of school education in practice; Some teachers can not guide students correctly; The ignorant of legal education and campus violence in school; The lack of links of school education and family education. The social causes to induce minor crime mainly include:The misleading of crime news reports; The influence of unhealthy culture of the network; Underage victim into crime; Juvenile delinquents when released have nowhere to place. The reason of minors themselves includes that they are young and they do not have the ability to distinguish right from wrong and face setbacks.The third part I summarizes the experiences of minor criminal trial in practice of Dongchangfuqv:Divisional processing and personnel to handle; Positive social investigation; Adhere to the "able to umpire and correctional combination". Then I put forward some advice of the prevention of minor criminal. First, family preventions:Parents should handle the family relationship correctly; Parents should adopt scientific methods to educate their children; Parents should pay attention to children’s early education. Second, school preventions:Schools should carry out all-round quality education and improve the quality of teachers; Schools should strengthen legal education; Strengthen the interaction and communication between school and parents. Third, the social preventions:Standarding the media;s behaviors; Strengthening the network legislations; Establishing a professional minors murdered processing mechanism; Increasing the support for juvenile delinquents and placement.The preventions of minors require minors by themselves are recognizing themselves in the dominant position of crime preventions and staying awake, avoiding sliding into the abyss of crime.Finally, I make the conclude that to prevent minor illegal crime is of great significance and a difficult task. We need the joint efforts of the whole society to achieve the purpose of reducing the minor crime.
