Study On The Community Correction System In Our Country

Community Corrections, simply put, is to make criminals serve their sentences in line with specific conditions in the community correction. After years of legislation and judicial practice, China’s community correction system has played a good legal and social effects, to create China’s new penal system, to promote the rule of law development has laid a good foundation. But we can not deny that our community correction system there are still some problems and deficiencies.For this paper, the basic theory of community correction system were studied in order, on this basis, we intend to Lijiang City W community-specific survey template to a specific community corrections W community as the research object,objective and comprehensive reflection of the Community Correction system of grass-roots communities in the actual operation of the status quo and existing problems. And the use of visual field of comparative law on the construction of extraterritorial community correction system to sort out the pros and cons of national community correction system and reference point is reviewed and feasibility analysis, to put forward a sound proposal of community correction system.Addition to the introduction of this article is divided into four parts.The first part, an overview of Community Correction System. The concept of "community" and Community Corrections sort of theoretical basis of community correction will be described and explained. This section is intended to clarify the basic framework of the existing Community Correction System.The second part of the legislative status quo and judicial status of Community Corrections to sort out the analysis, and the Community Correction Lijiang City W community as a model for empirical research, survey research community correction system in actual operating conditions grassroots carried on, in order to comprehensively and objectively reflect the actual effects of the operation and problems of community correction system in China.The third part, extraterritorial Community Correction System and ItsImplications. This is partly based on the feasibility of community correction system and related extraterritorial measure for analysis, make relevant comments and suggestions in order to improve and perfect my Community Correction System State.
