With a large number of young adults in the village going out to find a job, women and olds left behind become the main labor force in agriculture of our country. The question who will do farm work and who make agriculture of our country modernized Arrived in front of us. At the same time, with more and more Migrant-workers returning home for entrepreneurship, how to help them entrepreneurship draw attention of academia and government gradually. In this paper, those young people how Returning Home for Entrepreneurship in agriculture are called New-farmer.In this study, the theory put forward by Giddens, "duality of structure", had been used to analyze influential factors and selections of strategy in The Process of New-farmers’ Returning Home for Entrepreneurship. What factors is conducive or not conducive their Entrepreneurship, and Facing with these factors, what strategies they had taken. Case study method had been used in this study. Village M in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, is the case here. Through participant- observation, and talking with villagers related to this study, empirical materials had been acquired.This study have shown that, firstly, in the process of New-farmers’returning home for entrepreneurship, there were negative factors, and positive factors too in the structure. The rules of negative factors include agricultural subsidy policy not to carry out, lacking policy-oriented agricultural insurance, rural financial system being not perfect, etc. The resources of negative factors include tension between population and land, difficulty to get the market information, lacking agricultural technical training, etc. Similarly, the rules of positive factors include abolition of the agricultural tax, subsidy for agricultural machinery purchase, supportive policy to returning home for entrepreneurship developed by the local government, etc. And the resources of positive factors include lacking non-agricultural technical training, social network of New-farmer, adequate supply of agricultural socialized service in the local, etc.Secondly, New-farmers also have the initiative. Through using rules and resources in the structure, they can take reasonable strategies to achieve their goals. One is obtaining venture capital in many ways, such as from their social network, or managing characteristic industry supported by policy, etc. The second is trying to develop different entrepreneurial projects, such as producing grain, or providing agricultural socialized service, etc. The third is taking various strategies to increase profits, such as realizing concentration of land by exchanging management, or looking for low price supplier, etc.On the basis of the study, some suggestions supporting New-farmers in returning home for entrepreneurship had been put forward.
