The Rule Of Law And The Modernization Of National Governance

At present, the research on the modernization of national governance has formed a multidimensional perspective, to explore the modernization of national governance from the perspective of the rule of law, the rule of law combined with the modernization of national governance, has important theoretical significance and practical significance. Chose the topic "the rule of law and the modernization of national governance", mainly for the following two aspects:one is to understand the background and connotation of the modernization of national governance, national governance modernization, the time to answer "how to govern socialist" which is an important problem; two is how to build the modernization of national governance by law. This paper will start from the following three aspects.The first chapter elaborates the scientific connotation of the rule of law and the modernization of national governance and its basic characteristics. This is the basis of writing part. This is part of the Marx national management based on the theory of the main theoretical connotation includes the rule of law and the modernization of national governance, systematic characteristics, objectives and requirements of the rule of law, clarify the characteristic and symbol of the modernization of national governance, and on the basis of revealing the dialectical relation between rule of law and the modernization of national governance, and two in common status and role of promoting the development of contemporary China in politics.The second chapter discusses the rule of law is the only way which must be passed to realize the modernization of national governance. This paper analyzes the national governance challenge here, namely the industrialization challenges, challenges, city market challenge and the challenge of information. And, with the modernization of national governance background analysis put forward the basic strategy to promote the modernization of national governance is the rule of law.The third chapter comprehensively promotes the rule of law to speed up the basic path to realize the modernization of national governance. To investigate the relationship between the deep in the rule of law and the modernization of national governance, the rule of law into the basic value of law for the modernization of national governance, and to promote to promote national governance in accordance with the law in the rule of law and democracy. Finally, this paper expounds the ultimate goal of national governance is to achieve good governance.
