Research On The Innovation Of Community Governance In Wuxi City Based On The Perspective Of Intelligent Community

With the continuous advance of urbanization process, population continues to expand in large cities, and it is accompanied by a series of urban governance issues. Research on the large urban governance has been working to solve these problems called "urban disease", in recent years networking, cloud computing, TD-LTE(4G) technology have a great development, providing new technology and perspective to solve these problems, which is first proposed by IBM in 2009 is "smart city". The intelligent community as a basic part of smart city gets more and more attention from the public. Information technology and the innovation of social governance become the focus of the current government policy premise, while the intelligence community building and the governance mode of development develop in a low speed, and it is still in the exploration period. It is piloted in some more developed cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo and Wuxi. The intelligence community building not only affects the modern basic social governance structure change, innovation of social governance concept, means and contents, but also provide an opportunity to enhance the ability of social and public services. Wuxi City reaches 1st from 2012 to 2015 in China Smart City Development. It has a very good environment for smart city construction. The main purpose of this paper is to study the innovation of Wuxi City community governance model, paying attention to the effect of wisdom facilities application and wisdom of life philosophy of community, to provide suggestions for community governance model innovation.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction. It discusses the important meaning of governance model to study in the present stage, and through the study of relevant literature research, using scientific and reasonable methods to conduct this.The second part is the development of community governance from the perspective of intelligent community. This chapter first discusses the theory of community governance and intelligent community, followed by the development process of intelligent community governance model. Then it summarizes the influence of the intelligent community on the innovation of community governance model.The third part is the analysis of the typical model of community governance in the perspective of intelligent community. This chapter combed the typical model of community governance at home and abroad, and then analyzes the experience of domestic and international intelligent community construction, and finally it summarizes the enlightenment.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of Wuxi city community governance. This chapter firstly introduced the status of Wuxi City, the "community party organizations, neighborhood, community workstation" tripartite joint conference system, summarizes the existing problems, followed by the introduction of the intelligence community in the general situation of the development of Wuxi.The fifth chapter discusses the innovation of Wuxi community governance model. This chapter focuses on the innovation of Wuxi City Community in view of the problems in the fourth chapter. It researches the Meihu community, Langshi community, Taihu community and Shuixiu community.The sixth chapter focuses on the countermeasures and suggestions of Wuxi city community governance model innovation. This chapter mainly summarize the advanced experience of the community innovation mode, aiming at the problems existed in the new mode. The suggestion includes Playing the main role of the government, giving full play to the positive role of multi subject and playing the role of community autonomy function. To meet the residents’ needs in the new era, community governance needs the guide of the government and the development of social organization and community autonomy organization.
