Research On Innovation Of Urban Community Governance From The Perspective Of Intelligent Community

At present,with the accelerated development of new-type urbanization,marketization and informatization,many cities in China are in the pace of promoting the construction of intelligent cities.Community,as a basic unit of the city,is also being involved in a trend of intelligent governance.In recent years,intelligent community has become an important means of community governance.Although many communities recognize the importance of intelligent community to community governance,most of the communities still lack the theoretical guidance and practical application experience of intelligent governance and how to improve the intelligent community governance system has also become an indispensable major issue facing every community.This paper perfects the study of urban community governance from the perspective of intelligent community,and makes an analysis from three aspects:firstly,combs the existing domestic and foreign research theories,discusses the concept of community governance and intelligence community at home and abroad,expounds the development process;the second aspect takes Shangcheng district as an example and studies it,by researching the community governance situation of Shangcheng district,this paper studies how the Shangcheng district implements the innovation of intelligent community governance,perfects the methodology of intelligence community governance;the third aspect analyzes the case of the community governance of Shangcheng district,summarizes the advantages and problems of intelligent community,at the same time,puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to perfect the intelligent governance system of our country from the perspective of intelligent community.It is an inevitable trend that Chinese cities use means of intelligent governance to realize the modernization of society,and community governance should follow the trend of intelligent governance.This paper has proved its feasibility through the case study of Shangcheng district,which is to establish and perfect a new system of community governance through the mode of intelligent community,and to realize the comprehensive improvement of the community's social and economic value.
