Study On 5W1H Training Project For Improving The Communication Capability Of Police

Police often exercised to maintain social stability, the disposal of the first line of complex and contradictory. In recent years, some strong mass of economic cases and attacked more than police enforcement events, etc., and found, the masses of police enforcement, management and service requirements increasing, leading public relations issues arising from increasingly more, if the police and mass communication handled properly, it can cause various social problems.Through the practice and study of 5W1 H training programs, the communication skills of policemen could be improved and a new type of harmony relationship could be achieved. It has great and active practical significance to construct the new police-people relationship in new times. Our study investigated the current situations of communication skills of policemen at home and abroad, referred to the research results at home and abroad, combined the practical experience of ourselves, and thus grasped the current situation and problems existing in the relationship, analyzed the reasons for them and needs for improving communication skills, with methods of investigation and visits before training, and statistical analysis of data. The study also incorporated the elements and knowledge of MBA courses about communication management with the training programs of policemen for communication skills, designed the models of 5W1 H training programs in different scenarios, video recorded the whole processes of mature cases and played them back, analyzed and concluded. The changes of communication skills, initiatives of policemen to communicate with people, the smoothness and responses of the communication objects were all evaluated and verified with substantial documents to study how to improve communication skills of policemen with people. Through the practice of 5W1 H training programs in the Police Branch Bureau of Jianggan District and the specific training sessions towards the law enforcements of policemen, the communication skills of policemen with people were greatly improved. And it has great practical significance for exploring the 5W1 H training programs, performance evaluation and solutions to ease the police-people tenseness.
