With the strengthened opening-up, the government information get increasingly publicized, the public opinion had become the "barometer" of social condition. The media supervision is of low cost, obvious effectiveness and significant social effects, which had become powerful supervisor of government work; The interactive feature of the media had built invisible platform for public participation in state affairs, which is good for promoting public policy research, proposing, hearing, revising and implementing, etc.How to properly respond to the supervision and report of media, and how to be pleased and be good at communicate and cooperate with media, the training on communication skill between civil servants and media is undoubtedly an important way to promote the media literacy of civil servants team, among which the curriculum arrangement is at top priority. This research aims to analyse the present status of course design on the civil servants’ media communication skill in Yubei District of Chongqing, and find out the primary existing issue, then point out the reason that contribute to it.
