Research On Political Resources Allocation In The Process Of China’s Political Governance’s Modernization

The modernization of governance system and governance capacity is the "fifth modernization" in the process of China’s modernization.It is a highly summarize and global deployment for the future direction of the reform and development, which is based on comprehensive and profound reflection of social contradictions in the transition period,excruciating the governance’s question and considering the reality of governance’s situation.It emphasizes that promoting the democratic governance, law governance,science governance in all levels,by improving and perfecting of the whole system. The modernization of political governance is an important of part which can promote the democratic governance in all levels, and the modernization of political governance is as an important part of the national governance. How to arrangement by overall planning and innovation by collaborative working about the every factor of political system,which has become an important topic for the research of our country’s political science.In this paper, from the perspective of political resources of Political Behavior,using the method of literature review, comparative study of law, political analysis,through the analysis of the current review of the domestic and foreign scholars about the study of the political resources and the allocation of resources, and combining the current situation of our country’s governance and the governance target,in order to illustrate the meaning,the main characteristics, the mechanism and the criterion of political resources and political resources allocations. At the same time, through combing, analyzing the value of different types of political resources in the progress of promoting the modernization of political governance,in order to find the internal logic between the allocation of political resources and political governance’s modernization.At the same time, from the macro perspective analyzing the achievement, the issue,the reason of China’s current political resources allocation.In order to solve this question,think from the political subject, political system, public finance, ideology,political information as the integrated part of the optimization of political resourcesallocation pattern, to explore a the realization route of optimizing the allocation of political resources in the progress of Chinese political governance’s modernization.The purpose of this paper is study the logical value between the political resources optimization allocation and the political governance’s modernization,and find the realization route of optimizing the allocation of political resources in the progress of Chinese political governance’s modernization.which is mainly from the following several important parts to demonstration and analysis:Part 1,the logic relationship between the modernization of political governance and the allocation of political resources. Through explaining the concept, the features,the classification and the standard of the modernization of political governance and political resources and its allocation, in order to further explore the logical dialectical relationship between the two parts.Part 2,the current situation of China’s political resource allocation.Basing on the classification of political resources, macro discussion the allocation about current important achievement and question about political main resources, political system,public financial resources, ideology resources, political information resources of the structure and characteristics in the progress of China’s modernization of political governance,as a whole, grasping and understanding the current situation’s political resource allocation.Part 3,the debate of the reason why China’s political resource allocation is lack of optimizing the allocation of political resources.
