Faced with the situation in a sharp increase in the number of China’s elderly population, social work should focus on the development of social work for the aged, the expanding older elderly social support network system, older people lack of peer group to accompany the processing, to promote the life of the elderly in the comfort, to now live in contemporary social life, the elderly construction of a comfortable and stable life.The study is mainly on social support theory and group dynamics theory, according to the appropriate use of group work to improve elderly peers to accompany the practice research, actively looking for improving the elderly peers to accompany the feasibility of the program and to continue to ascend the elderly elderly living conditions.
