Considering of its’ special geopolitical value, Afghanistan is the focus of the big game in history.Therefore, the process of national reconciliation in Afghanistan do not lack external "participants". The "intervention" of some "players" with different geopolitical selfinterest also become important external cause.In order to accelerate the reconciliation process, on the one hand, the government should be based on domestic, adhering to "Afghan leading" in the true sense, and start from the folk settlement, reshaping national idea from bottom to top. At the same time,it is necessary to carry out system reform from top to down, and build a central government that has truly prestige. Afghan government, on the other hand, should adhere to the current foreign policy thinking; take advantage of the multiple equilibrium diplomacy to resolve external constraint.
