Since modern times, Afghanistan nation-state construction process has always rudely interfered by outside forces. After 9·11, the coalition forces led by the United States and the United Kingdom launched a military strike on Al Qaeda and its asylums- Afghan Taliban. After the large-scale military action, Afghanistan held a general election, which means, Afghanistan’s national reconstruction process began under the dominant of the United States. The prospect of this process depends on whether Afghan domestic national reconciliation process could be completed smoothly or not, which firstly depends on the political compromise between the Afghan state power, which is acknowledged by the United States and the international community generally, and the Taliban that lose its powers. So far, Afghan national reconciliation process runs difficult and rough, twists and turns. That Resulting in nearly 15 years after the end of the war in Afghanistan, the country has been still considering as drugs, terrorism, and refugee output in the view of the international society. The completion of national reconstruction is far away and not within the foreseeable future. Not only because the Afghan domestic religious ethnic and tribal conflicts are complex, and not just because of the Afghan national regime governance needs to be improved, or lack of the necessary material base owing to poor social economic recovery and development. Considering of its’ special geopolitical value, Afghanistan is the focus of the big game in history. Therefore, the process of national reconciliation in Afghanistan do not lack external "participants". The "intervention" of some "players" with different geopolitical selfinterest also become important external cause. In order to accelerate the reconciliation process, on the one hand, the government should be based on domestic, adhering to "Afghan leading" in the true sense, and start from the folk settlement, reshaping national idea from bottom to top. At the same time,it is necessary to carry out system reform from top to down, and build a central government that has truly prestige. Afghan government, on the other hand, should adhere to the current foreign policy thinking; take advantage of the multiple equilibrium diplomacy to resolve external constraint. In addition, as a new booster,China should maintain a relatively detached position, take part in Afghanistan national reconstruction process limited.
