On The Legislation System Of Anti Terrorism Crimes In China

Since the twentith century, the human society have suffered from the terrorism crimes enormously, and the crimes are endangering the global and domestic peace and stability. The international society, nations and regions promoted the corresponding measures concerning this kind of crime. U.S. is the representative of developed countries, while India is a great power of the 3rd world. Though different rights and interests of international politics exist in the U.S. and India, both of the two countries are facing serious terrorism threats. This paper compares the differences and similarities of anti-terrorism legislation between the U.S. and India from the aspects of politics, economy,culture and diplomacy.This paper tries to provide reference to Chinese anti-terrorism legislation through learning the experience and lessons from the U.S. and India.
