The Studies Of Maoming Volunteer Association’ Autonomy

Since the 1980 s, Non-governmental Organization has been playing playing a more and more important role in our social economic life. As one of the social administration of multi-subject, it undertakes increased responsibility. Compare to the government,NGO is more efficient,and it has more credibility than the enterprise for having the characteristic of voluntary, public-interested and non-governmental.At the same time, the NGO is playing an increasingly important part in social administration because of the multi-interested pattern. Maintaining its independence is the premise for the NGO to shoulder its responsibility. Only when the independent NGO keep its own public-interest and voluntary can it take full advantage to undertake more social responsibility.The good external relationship will directly influence the Non-governmental resource access and organization operation ability and its autonomy. It’s important theoretical and practical significance to make research in the NGO external relationship. In our country, the most important external relationship to the NGO that is the relationship between the NGO and government and enterprises.By arranging related document and files, the paper summarize the research status at home and abroad in the field of NGO autonomy and make analysis of the related concepts and theoretical basis. In this paper,I summarize the current research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on this issue and the necessity of further study, and on this basis put forward the research characteristic and value of this paper. The paper choose Maoming volunteer association as a case study, make an in-depth investigation and analysis and separately sum up the relationship of NGO between the government and the enterprise. The paper reveals how the NGO deal with the relationship between government and enterprise and then acquire the needed resource for survival and development during the actual development so as to improve the autonomy. Through the analysis of Maoming volunteer association, the paper will consider how to improve the relationship. And I hope the case study can provide relevant experience for other NGO and promote the self-construction and development of Maoming’s NGO practically. Being autonomy the NGO will achieve multi-win-win situation and become necessary conditions of realizing the social multiple governance.
