Grassroots self-government system is a basic political system of our country, and as an important part of the autonomy of the masses community building and self-government, it received more and more attention of the state and society. Autonomy of the community as a research subject, on the one hand, it already can not meet the needs of economic development, therefore change the mode of traditional community is imminent; on the other hand community as the carrier of grassroots democracy, it is a direct impact on the entire construction of a democratic society.The paper adopts the broad field of social investigation, empirical methods of data analysis, the system of multi-angle observation.
