Research On The Analysis And Solutions Of Management About Law Enforcement Equipment In Weihai MSA

The purpose of this study was to select the unit where the author for the study, research and analysis in maritime law e nforcement equipment, management and use of the existing problems, and how to apply new management methods, management systems and the corresponding technical means to solve the problem and explain the solution results achieved and practical significance.One main research brief the current status of the status quo of China’s maritime law enforcement equipment management system and Weihai Maritime Safety Administrationequipment management. Second is the main equipment for the current management methods, as sessment methods and management efficiency exist three aspects are analyzed, because the formation of these issues through the author’s practical experience and analytical thinking, defects and problems resulting consequences. Third, learn advanced equipme nt management methods, summarized explore ways and means to meet the management of marine equipment characteristics; equipment management for the current lack of quantitative analysis of the current situation, be able to study a quantitative analysis of the situation assessment system equipment management through assessment of the system, identify problems in the daily management and resolve, which will one unit(department) equipment management level visually manifested; rely on theoretical and practical d ata, development of a comprehensive equipment management information system, which can achieve scientific management equipment daily operating conditions, a reasonable assessment of the role of equipment management level. Fourth is based solutions, from three aspects of equipment management, equipment management evaluation system and equipment management information system security measures and means to propose solutions to the practical problems need; through practical applications and case studies, introd uced through improved management practices, assessment system and promote the use of equipment management system to achieve results and benefits arising from the use of the data described.The main application of this research to carry out empirical resea rch, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and case studies as a research method.Through this study can give solution to the current system of law enforcement equipment, marine use and management problems, the "Three Ones" solution(a set of management methods, a management evaluation system, a management information system). In theory, summed enhance maritime law enforcement equipment management program, the system summarizes the evaluation management system; in practice, completed construction of a comprehensive management system for law enforcement equipment and applications. The use of management theory and techniques to improve the performance of law enforcement equipment use, reduce management costs and improve the management level to promote t he purpose of the equipment.
