The institution of our country is a kind of important social organization which is full of Chinese characteristics and provides the social public service for our country.It is now widely distributed in economy, politics, culture and social life in various fields,directly or indirectly, undertaking the education, scientific research, culture, health and social services functions, the of social production and people’s lives to vital role.Appointment system is an important part of the employment system in our country, the implementation of the employment system to a certain extent, can have a more effect on the employment mechanism of our country.This paper selects institutions with mechanism of the employment system to carry out in-depth study, expounds the meaning of institutions and institutions to employ the system, content, characteristics, forms and other. Firstly, the system of appointment of the institutions employing mechanism of positive role and realistic significance, in this foundation, profound analysis of the employment system in the actual implementation of existing institutions; in view of the existing problems, this article has carried on the reason analysis, proposed some countermeasures to solve these problems.Through the discussion and research of this topic, this paper aims to provide some references for the implementation of the employment system in our country, and also hope to contribute to the theoretical research of the employment system, and provide a useful reference.
