Research On Chinese’s Protection System Of Financial Consumers Rights And Interest

Financial industry as a serv ice industry, to do a good job of financial services consumers is its basic functions, and the basic principals of financial regulation value lies in th e protection of the rights and inte rests of financial consum ers. From the practice of financial consum er rights and interests protection work in China, the current domestic financial consum er rights and interests protection work is still in exploring stage, there is a lack of special legislation, regulatory functions dispersed, failed to form a unified work mechanism, theoretical research on individual problems caused by socia l conflicts more, less r esearch on susta inability and holistic institutional framework. This paper base d on the construction of China’ s financial consumer rights and interests protection m echanism of macroscopic perspective, the basic theory of the financial consum er rights and interests protection, the international advanced practice of the construction of the financial consum er rights and interests protection mechanism are studied, then switch to domestic perspective, study the current domestic fi nancial situation and the existing problem s in the protection of the rights and interests of consumer, finally unified financial consumer rights and interests protect ion mechanism is put forward policy suggestions, has great practical significance and application value.
