Since China’s reform and opening up, along with the development of economic, social and cultural, China’s democratic and political construction has made great progress, andachieved the multipleforms of democratic practice, especially the development of the deliberative democracy, which further enriches the developmental forms of democratic politics in China.The deliberative democracy and electoral democracy constitute the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.Inthe new era, based on the occasion of the social stratum and more various demands of interests in China, the unique advantages, focused on the form, function, system, values, of the consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great significance to solve the social conflict, conflict resolution and realize the modernization of governance.However,there are some challenges with the unique advantages ofthe consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in practice, which is led by many factors.
