Research On The Integration Of Scientist Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Of Science And Engineering

The spirit of scientists is a precious spiritual wealth accumulated by scientific and technological workers in the process of long-term scientific practice,and is an organic part of the spiritual genealogy of Chinese communists.The rich connotation and valuable value contained in the spirit of scientists are important resources for ideological and political education in universities.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has deeply analyzed and accurately studied and judged the scientific research situation at home and abroad,and formulated a series of important measures to promote the spirit of scientists.In May 2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Promoting the Spirit of Scientists,Strengthening the Construction of Work Style and Study Style,which for the first time systematically expounded the connotation of the spirit of scientists,and emphasized that in the new era,we should vigorously carry forward the spirit of scientists and continuously promote the spirit of scientists into campuses,classrooms and minds.Science and engineering universities refer to universities with science majors and engineering majors as the focus of development.Ideological and political education in science and engineering universities has many points of convergence with the spirit of scientists.Integrating the spirit of scientists into the ideological and political education of science and engineering universities is an important means to improve the quality of talent cultivation in science and engineering universities,an inherent need to comply with the development of ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,and an important measure to carry forward the spirit of scientists.Therefore,this paper determines the research theme of "integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in science and engineering universities".Starting from the basic concepts of scientist spirit and ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,uses methods such as literature research method and empirical research method,combined with collected data and data,explores the problems that arise in the process of integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,and summarizes and analyzes the reasons for its occurrence,and on this basis,proposes the path of integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in science and engineering universities.This article is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the research ideas and contents,and the main research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter mainly sorts out the basic concepts and basic theories of this paper,focuses on sorting out the relevant concepts of the spirit of scientists and ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,and sorts out the basic theories related to this paper.The third chapter points out the necessity and feasibility of integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in science and engineering universities.The fourth chapter combines the self-compiled questionnaire and self-interview notes to investigate the current situation of the integration of the spirit of scientists into the ideological and political education of science and engineering universities,summarizes and summarizes the current problems,and comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problems.The fifth chapter is based on data analysis and current situation analysis,and proposes the path for integrating the spirit of scientists into the ideological and political education of science and engineering universities.Its path mainly includes clarifying the principle of integration,improving the integration mechanism,integrating into classroom teaching,integrating into practical activities,and integrating into campus culture construction.The sixth chapter summarizes the main points of this paper,proposes the shortcomings of existing research,and finally looks forward to future research.
