The Design Of Modern Educational Technology Based On Sakai

In today’s information society, with the development of network technology, computertechnology and modern educational theory, the degree of education network, virtualization,intelligent get more and more higher. The network teaching has become a common teachingmethod. While the teaching platform based on internet gradually began to be used in theschool. There are many domestic and foreign teaching platforms. What kind of teachingplatform should we chose, and how to design the teaching platform. All these are problemsmust be considered.This paper is mainly to create a "modern educational technology" course, by Sakai openteaching platform through literature study, questionnaire, and interview method. This paper isfocused on cooperative learning activity design of modern educational technology networkcourse based on Sakai platform. First of all, this paper investigated the present situation andthe existing problems of "modern education technology" network course, so as Sakai. Thencompared Sakai with several international popular teaching platforms, and summed up theadvantages of Sakai platform in university teaching. Second, we designed the cooperativelearning activity of modern educational technology based on Sakai. Last, we choose the twopart of modern educational technology and put them into our collaborative activites. After allthe collaborative activites was completed, we collected the statistical data provided by Sakaiplatform, then summarize and generalize the research conclusion.
