"Computer Application" is compulsory vocational school students in public basic course,Other computer-related courses are also learning pilot program. Purpose is to enable studentsfrom the perspective of computer applications, Master computer, network and other relatedinformation technology, basic knowledge and basic skills, computer knowledge for futureprofessional and technology to solve real problems lay a good foundation. But in the realteaching, many teachers still used traditional teaching mode, making the basis for teachingcomputer applications appear inefficient, ineffective phenomenon. This use of effectiveteaching research to explore how teachers implement effective classroom computerapplication based teaching strategies to optimize the organization and implementation ofteaching, teaching in order to achieve the established objectives.This paper begins by describing the "effective teaching" concept, on the basis ofeffective teaching and specialized vocational school computer teaching computer science hasdefined the meaning of effectiveness, And analysis of the vocational schools ClassroomComputer Application significance of effective teaching. And with "effective teaching" theoryas a reference overview of the current vocational schools, computer application coursesteaching status, revealing their teaching in the main problem, in my students for the study,from students, teachers, teaching content and teaching facilities, four factors start to explorethe root causes of the problem.On this basis, the author of the effectiveness of teaching theory and teaching of otherteachers and their own experience, from students to start, specifically made to stimulatestudents’ interest, improve their sense of participation, inspire students to creative thinkingstrategies; start from the teachers put forward to improve their own professional quality, goodlesson planning, classroom implementation, classroom evaluation, summary and several otheraspects of the classroom, and made a specific implementation strategy. These strategies have astrong operational and applied to teaching practice for experimental verification, and achievedgood results.
