Whether people perceive or not, the objectivity of the classroom power is an ironcladfact. Wars without smoke break out and never tend to be an end in the classroom whereconverged by national political power, management power, instructor power, studentpower and knowledge power, and which make our country’s classroom power structureturn into extra-ordinary complexity. The popular structure pattern in China, focusing onthe Absolute Authority of Teachers and politic and guided by teachers, is the exactcontrary to basic education reform ideas, which will be a barrier on the way of China’seconomic development. Thus, questing for a new model of classroom power structure isextremely urgent.The main content of this paper as follows:Chapter I is the Introduction of this thesis. It concludes the historical relatedmaterials and then points out the research background, significance, methods and ideas ofthis paper and defines classroom, classroom power and classroom power structure.Chapter II elaborates the structural element and characteristics of classroom power.In the chapter, Author divides the classroom power structure into two parts: One is theinner power in classroom teaching, which includes instructor power, student power andknowledge power. The other is the outer power in classroom teaching, which elaboratesfrom management power, traditional culture and political power.Chapter III analyzes the existing structural problems of the current classroom powerstructure. It sums up the status quo and problems of the current classroom power structureby observing classroom and interviewing some teachers and students, and then dissectsthe reasons. Chapter IV is the substantial of this paper. The paper deconstructs it that focus on theAbsolute Authority of Teachers and politic and guided by managers and teachers on thebasis of problems in classroom power structure, then raise new classroom power structuremodel, from “the Absolute Authority of Teachers” to equaling communication toestablish equal power structure, from “receive” to learning together to built fitness powerstructure, from “regulated set” to creating to set up dynamic power structure.Chapter V is the epilogue. It sums up the innovation and deficiencies of this thesis,and then proposes the prospect and expectations for future.
