Foucault’s theory of power thinks that school is the typical power place such as prisons, hospitals, factories. There is also a hidden power operation in classroom interaction. In this article, Try to make clear that the power operation in the classroom, to raise the level of classroom interaction between teachers and students, to provide theoretical support and practical enlightenment by analyzing the power of each element of classroom interaction. Specifically, this article will research around three questions.First, in this paper, try to make clear that Foucault’s theory of power. Because of Foucault describing the power by blurred and relativism of interpretation methods and researchers confused when using the theory, this study will clarify that Foucault’s theory of power. Foucault’s theory of power consists of Foucault’s view of power and methods of these views. Foucault thinks that power is a kind of relationship and we should look for these relationships in the most subtle place. Power products something. We should focus on the implementation of the power strategies. Foucault’s theory of power consists of Foucault’s theory of micro power, Foucault’s theory of discipline relations of power and knowledge. All of this helps us deepen the understanding of power from different angles.Second, we will analyze the elements of classroom interaction from the perspective of Foucault’s theory of power. This study focused on the classroom interaction in the process of the elements of common sense. Try to grasp the power of operation in the place of classroom interaction, communicator, the form of interaction, interaction content and process. In the classroom interaction power network, the different situation between teachers and students makes the power differences. Because of this, the power starts to flow. Through the monitoring of classroom interaction, the words, the information of forms, the hiding power is clear.Third, we will make reflections on theoretical and specific research level. On the theoretical level, we will put forward some improvement opinions aiming at the shortcomings of Foucault’s theory of power. We will try to make more clearly about Foucault’s theory of power. We find the operation of power driven by differences in power owners. In the process of looking for power, we put the Foucault’s theory of micro power into a more micro level. In the concrete research level, reflects on the experiences and lessons of this study. In specific research level, we improve the maneuverability of Foucault’s theory of power by revealed the differences of power. We also need to improve the ability of power analysis and also need to extend the analysis of the power field.The operation of power in classroom interaction, the operation of power is closely related to level of classroom interaction. If power flows smoothly, classroom interaction will be harmonious and orderly. If power is blocked, classroom interaction will appear obstacles and even conflict. Making clear that the power operation in classroom interaction, will help us to improve the level of classroom interaction.
