Manual as one of the oldest folk art forms, phyletic and various, form rich andcolorful, is one of the children’s favorite class, children have a good base for spatialintelligence, their interest in construction is more than a simple drawing lessons. At theAmerican psychologist Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence, spatialintelligence as an important of a kind of intelligent human being attaching importance toand strengthen the training of children’s spatial intelligence. If good of spatial intelligencedevelopment of children, his creative thinking ability and the ability to understand thingswill be better than other peers. Handicraft class can improve children’s ability of not only,also can better develop their spatial intelligence.Children’s spatial intelligence can be developed in the process of construction practice,through to make their own mental development, thinking active, is an effective way tocultivate children’s spatial intelligence. Handmade materials are rich and colorful, arousechildren’s interest in learning; Various handicraft class teaching content, teaching method,can better to cultivate children’s spatial intelligence. Cultivate children’s spatial intelligencein handmade, both develop their powers of observation, imagination, memory andcreativity, but also follow the principle of scientific teaching organization, create a free,democratic and harmonious teaching environment; Flexible use of different materials byhand and effective means of teaching, stimulate students’ problem consciousness; Use ofdiversified teaching evaluation, develop children’s attitude, good at communication anddiligent about reflection to better motivate them to the development of spatial intelligence.The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, first of all, clarify theconstruction in the role of children’s spatial thinking training, analysis of the status quo ofhandicraft class open reflection. The second chapter mainly analyzes the importance ofchildren’s handicraft class teaching environment, from the soft environment, goodenvironment, natural environment and humanistic environment four aspects, points outhow to create a relaxed and happy learning environment, stimulate the spatial intelligence of children. The third chapter is based on the space under the nurture childrenhandicraft class teaching content organization and innovation, from the organizationalprinciple of the course content, the choice of materials, the development and utilization oflocal resources study three aspects. The fourth chapter is based on the spatial intelligencetraining children under construction in the teaching process, mainly from the variousteaching strategies, craft course of concrete implementation and diversified teachingevaluation system in three aspects combing analysis, so as to stimulate children’s spatialintelligence. The fifth chapter is based on the space under the nurture of children handicraftclass teaching case, give full play to the construction of the teaching function throughpractice, the maximum mining arouse children’s visual perception and spatial intelligence.
