Guizhou province high school new curriculum reform started in2010, biological elective courses in high school."Biotechnologypractice"(take1)(hereinafter referred to as the "take1"), isa mainly take the student as the main body, teacher as the leadingfactor, through the experiment of the project design and specificoperation practice to cultivate the students’ science inquiryability. Therefore, in this course of study has theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.In this paper, through questionnaire, interview and visitingresearch methods such as the first course of guiyang city highschool biology. Designed the questionnaire, firstly investigatingthe guiyang city school teachers at every level, understand theteachers’ understanding of the value of the elective courses as wellas the difficulties encountered in the conduct of, in an interviewto know they want to get the help, and teachers’ attitude to take1, etc. Secondly taking a course on guiyang city was carried outtwo high school science students of senior three makes a preliminaryinvestigation, understand the current situation of students’learning "biotechnology practice" module.Based on solving practical problems, this study willinvestigate analysis combined with experiments. In the process ofthe education internship, I to take1course experiment analyzedthe thought of each module using the college lab and convenientconditions for the project has carried on the preliminaryexperiment, to explore alternative reagents, experimentalmaterials and screening is relatively simple and highly effectivemethod, can be used for improvement project of experiment andteaching Suggestions. Provide a reference for first-line teachers,lists the special experimental methods of improvement.Through the investigation and research, the followingconclusions: (1) high school biology teachers with take1value is higher,with the student to take1experiment showed strong interest, option1after the help students get bigger, most students can put thisto use, and more than50%of the students said they like the zeteticexperiment teaching. But take1choice of guiyang school less than10%.(2) it doesn’t open experimental facilities not perfect,because the school teachers to teaching material master degree isnot high, insufficient to take1course training, etc. From schoolat five levels, two types of model high school open the highestlikelihood, both attach importance to teacher training. But thehighest degree of recognition of take1, run by the local high school,therefore, if solve the problem of hardware facilities and teachertraining, run by the local high school to open take1case may havea significant improvement.(3) the teacher’s hope to get help: increase the experimentalfacilities, get the improvement project of experiment instructionmanual and the experimental video information, etc.(4) through to take1of each module carries on the preliminaryexperiment, explore some improvement project of experiment, canprovide reference for first-line teachers.
