Research On The Rehabilitation Needs And Issues In Rehabilitation Security Of Rural Physical Disability

The rehabilitation of physically disability is an important part of the disabled rehabilitationsecurity, may2011it is propose in "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" that, to2015disabilities everyonehas the right rehabilitation services, it is more and more import in government work thatRehabilitation of physically disabled persons in rural security issues, but from the current statusof rural physically disabled rehabilitation security, in rural areas there are still exist thatrehabilitation needs and rehabilitation security can’t be corresponded, showing a shortagesituation, reflects the phenomenon that it is difficult for physical disability to rehabilitation. Thispaper starting as Yongfa county Gongzhuling City of Jilin Province for example, expand therural disabled persons rehabilitation security status, work problems in implementation, and thecorresponding countermeasures.In the empirical research on Gongzhuling city of Jilin Province Rural physically disabledrehabilitation needs, after defines the related concepts, this paper introduces the basic situationof Yongfa county. Based on statistical data, analyses the situation of physically disabledrehabilitation needs in rural areas of Jilin Province, after statement the relevant measures aboutrehabilitation security and the outcomes of Gongzhuling city of Jilin province, based on therelevant statistical data, analyses the issues on rural physically disabled rehabilitation security ofJilin province. The existing problems were described in the medical rehabilitation. educationalrehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation and social rehabilitation. Research on solving the ruralphysically disabled rehabilitation security problems, in order to insure rural physically disabledrehabilitation security work smoothly, this paper suggest from government security initiatives,improve the level of medical rehabilitation, increase investment in education of physicallydisabled, occupation rehabilitation system and strengthen the psychological counseling work toguarantee this work.
