Purpose: By investigation and analysis,to know the phynomenoen of professional identify and learning burnout around undergraduates of Nursing Majority of some university in Chang Chun,to compare the difference of professional identify and learning burnout by many factors such as gender,grade,majority,hometown,application for college and reasons for choosing nursing,to compare the influence of professional identify and learning burnout on account of different basic information,to analyse and discuss about the influence on learning burnout by professional identify,and for reference of current nursing educational revolution career.Method: The study adopts questionnaire survey method,<questionnaire of professional identify of nursing majority>and<scale of undergraduates' learning burnout>as development tool.We adopt stratified random sampling,do the survey among 360 undergraduates of nursing majority by secret ballot.Collecting date and input to Excel data base,then do the statistic analysis of data by the agency of SPSS 19.0.Result: The professional identity of nursing majoriy of some college in Changchun is at general level.Among those,the professional expectation is the highest,professional emotion is the lowest.There is satistical significance in the difference of proessional identity score among nursing freshmen of different gender,grades,majority,geographical,volunteer for an examination and the reason of choosing the course(p<0.05).Learning burnout exists,above all,misbehave is the worst,low achievement feeling is low.There is atistical significance on the difference of learning burnout scores among nursing graduates because of the different grades,majority and volunteer for an examination(p<0.05).The professional identity and learning burnout is relative.Variable professional will influences learning burnout,and at the same time negatively influences sense of achievement.Professional emotion and professional will negatively influences low emotion and misbehave.Conclusion: The professional identity of nursing majoriy of some college in Changchun is at general level.Learning burnout surely exists.Professional identity and learning burnout is relative.What can influence learning burnout is : professional emotion and professional will.
