The development of national education, the realization of information educationin national regions is "twelfth five-year" period our country education informatizationis an important and arduous historical task, is our country at the turn of the centuryfull implementation of the emphasis and difficulty of education informatization. Inrecent years, the state and xinjiang uygur autonomous region in the basic educationinformation construction investment can improve greatly the informatization basiceducation environment construction in xinjiang. In order to promote bilingualteaching, improve the quality of bilingual teaching, through the development, dubbing,the introduction of a variety of ways, such as the construction of bilingual educationin xinjiang repository, and Internet via satellite to bilingual kindergarten and primaryand secondary schools provide free of charge. To speed up the development andapplication of the bilingual teaching CD, vigorously promote the use of the CD orauxiliary teaching, efforts to improve the bilingual education resource utilization.Quality of ethnic bilingual construction and application of teaching resources is theguarantee of the key factors on the quality of the bilingual education of ethnicminority areas. The author in the second half of2012to participate in the\"12thfive-year plan of national social science fund2012annual general educationsubjects\" in western minority elementary education resources application strategyand performance research\"project, the author under the guidance of tutor, in basiceducation in xinjiang bilingual resources construction carried on the thoroughresearch.This article USES literature research, on-the-spot investigation method, themethods of survey method, statistical method. First of all, on the basis of literatureresearch, the system examines the informationization teaching resources connotation,characteristics and types of theoretical issues. Then in xinjiang by using the method ofquestionnaire investigation, interview "kashgar bilingual school informationizationpresent situation in the construction of teaching resources and the demand analysis"has carried on the investigation and research, research has shown that differentteachers when they choose to use the informationization teaching resources appeardifferent tendencies, so resource development is not the same, should also consider the regional features, set up suitable for local, resources for the teachers is to addressthe teachers reflect the effective ways to "resource jiang spent".Full text consists of four parts.The first part is introduction, including research background, the domesticresearch status (literature review), research purpose, significance and methods andimplementation and the research train of thought.The second part is the investigation on the current situation in informationresources construction in xinjiang kashgar primary and secondary schools. Byexamining the present situation of the informatization construction of teachingresources, use of in-depth investigation and study.The third part is d han bilingual teaching resources informationizationconstruction. Respondents to the bilingual teaching resources for the construction ofdemand analysis, and then combined with the development of d to the particularity ofbilingual teaching resources construction to put forward policy Suggestions.The fourth part for the application of d han bilingual teaching informationresources, first has carried on the respondents for bilingual teaching resourcesapplication present situation investigation and analysis, and then combined with theactual situation and problems of bilingual teaching to put forward some advice onbilingual teaching resources application strategy.The fifth part is about the research work is summarized, summarizes the researchconclusions, innovation point, insufficient research and the direction of further studyand hard work.
