This study systematically explores the theory problems about the instruction resources based on information technology , and analysis deeply the materials that get from investigation in three middle schools and other materials to learn about the actual conditions of the development of the instruction resources based on information technology. The author attempts to give some light on the practices of the development of the instruction resources based on information technology in rural middle schools by analyzing the actual conditions and proposing some strategies.This paper consists fives parts.Part one, the author firstly discusses why we need to do the study about development of the instruction resources based on information technology in rural middle schools, and the author concludes that it is the demands of the development of society and the current practice in the schools. And then ,according the related theories and the problems existing in current study and practice, the author fixes the study content, and select case study as study strategy and the detail research methods which contains questionnaire, interview and observation etc. At last describe the process of study.Part two, the author summarize systematically the theories of the instruction resources based on information technology, and analysis the concept, categories and characteristic. The author concludes that the development of the instruction resources based on information technology contains four contents: promoting the hardware, software and the teacher and school leader and improving the managementPart three, the author analyses wholly the actual conditions of the development of the instruction resources based on information technology. According the practical conditions, the author analyses the difference in the understanding and concept of the school leader, the aim of development of instruction resources, the utilizations of instruction resources, and the same conditions and problems in promoting the hardware, software and the teacher and school leader and improving the management.Part four, based on the deep analysis, the author put foreword some strategical advice. Firstly, promoting the understanding and concept of all subjects to the instruction resources based on information technology, putting "Project for school leader" into effect. Secondly, enriching the content of aims of the instruction resources based on information technology. Thirdly, improving the development the instruction resources based on information technology by utilizations. Fourthly, emphasizing planning and management of instruction resources based on information technology. Fifthly, using more ways to train teachers. Finally, the rural school should improve the communications with the outside to open the eyes and get good idea from others. |
